I've been mailing packages to this UPS location on Wadsworth blvd for almost 5 years. At this location, I'm treated in a friendly manner, the staff is very helpful and extremely courteous each and every time I visit. They offer solutions and helpful hints to any packaging problems I have. I only bring my packages here if I have a choice. Great job!

Needed a quick copy off a flash drive and just asked if there was any way the image could be enlarged. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me and delivered beyond what I expected. Very courteous and professional employees.

Out of all the places we can go to drop amazon returns. I always choose this location. Donavan has been super helpful, kind, courteous and professional. Now I've had the pleasure of meeting shaylin, Rachel, and Niro and they are just as great! This location excels every time. They are quick and efficient. I'm always out and on my way in less then a matter of minutes.

Everyone I talked to here was very nice and helpful. Explaining various box options and prices. I later moved out of town and they were able to explain package forwarding, getting a new box setup closer to me, and all around couldn't ask for better service. And even when my van died, they helped me out with a jump so that I could make it home. Can't recommend these guys enough if you have any mail concerns or ship/receive packages regularly. They're kind to you so please remember to be kind back!
