Just last week I went to ship a Christmas present (last of many).. It was probably my third time at this location that week. The person who helped me stated that it was the last day to ship in order to get the gift to destination by Christmas. As many do, I reused an old box to mail my package. It still had the old label on it .. clearly shown on the package. Instead of covering up the old shipping label with the new one, the ups handler placed the new label on the complete opposite side of the box, leaving the old label visible. So instead of the package going to the correct destination, it showed up back at my doorstep on Saturday. As a ups worker (ESPECIALLY during the holiday season) I would think they would be extra cautious to avoid errors like this. Needless to say, I went to another UPS store who was able to ensure my package will be delivered in time.
I needed to drop a prelabeled box off while running errands. There is a self-service kiosk for folks like me to scan my package's barcode and get a copy of the tracking information printed out instantaneously on a Zebra printer on the kiosk's lower right hand side. Dropped my box off on a cart and left. The entire process took me about 90 seconds.
Very fast and easy service. I use this location a lot and usually have several packages but I’ve never had to wait and have only had good experiences. They always answer my questions easily and get me right back out the door. Aady even printed my label for me today when I forgot to bring it.
I Love UPS since decades ago! Please empower the staff with consumerism customer service training! The New Generation needs it! Also, please give the pickup drivers training lessons on actually coming customer’s door, knocking on it and using the cell phone number. Delivery Teams are Outstanding! Give them air conditioning in trucks and heat when it’s cold!
Kyle e store manager assisted me today. He provide great and quick service as he multi talked at least 5 other customers in the store with me. Great job!
