Everyone at this location is always patient while I pull up multiple amazon return codes. Today Kyle was friendly and efficient as he assisted me.

Best experience ever! 1. They removed the heavy, unpackaged items from my car without me asking. 2. Helped me finalize the packaging. 3. Measured and weighed each package. 4. I created the labels on my laptop and sent them to the store. 5. Best yet! There was music and a little bit of singing. BEST UPS STORE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great options to do just about anything that you need to get done! I would say that the staff are both knowledgeable AND willing to go the extra mile to help. I saw someone come in and treat them very poorly and all they did was remain professional and polite, trying to offer different ways they could help. Alas, the lady left in a huff, without listening to any of the sincere offers to help her.

Lost and damaged my package. Did not offer to pay for extreme damages. Could have been prevented Not doing business here again

Excellent customer service! With smiles and competence. One worker even helped me carry boxes into the store. Thank you!
