The UPS Store

10/10/23- I had Amazon packages to return and searched for a UPS store near my destination. Upon arrival the parking was great, right in front of the store. I walked in with my two packages with one person in front of me. The flow at this location is quicker than what I'm used to at other stores. It's wonderful. When I got to the front I was helped by Devon. Thank. God. She was helpful, quick, informative and made this event less stressful. I had 2 separate returns but only 1 QR code. Sensing my frustration she asked me what was wrong. At first I felt she wouldn't be able to help me by making a copy of the label sent to my phone. She's like yeah we can. I said nuh uh. She said yes we can. Send it to our email address and we'll make a copy and send it on it's way. Of course UPS can. So when I asked the price she said zero, it's free. No it's not. Yup it is y'all. Had Devon not asked me questions I would have left that store to find a print shop somewhere else. If we just open our mouths, it's amazing who God puts in our path to assist when needed. I'm grateful for Devon, truly I am. We will always choose Brown-full stop. Thanks for being the best part of my day Devon.

I had to write a review for this UPS location because Tziah and Berger were simply wonderful—attentive, engaged, kind, and capable of anything their position required. I came in to send a return to a merchant and they made my experience easy and pleasant. They were also aware of other customers’ needs and personable with ALL. These guys are the real deal! Promote them, UPS!

The UPS store located in downtown Kansas City is simply outstanding. No matter who is on duty, the staff consistently outperforms their suburban counterparts in terms of efficiency and customer service. Their performance is exceptional to the point where it is hard to adequately express my satisfaction. As a frequent Amazon shopper, who frequently makes returns, I find myself visiting this store on a regular basis. The high quality of service provided at this location consistently enhances my experience.

The owner, Bob, helped us create and print some business posters for an upcoming conference, virtually. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. The posters were ready for pickup when we arrived in Kansas City and they looked great. I don’t have a photo because I wasn’t in attendance but the conference committee members were pleased with the quality.

I rarely write reviews, but this is a special case. A gentleman named Bob (I hope I've got the name right) went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. What's remarkable is that I was actually at a different UPS location and had been unable to get any help for an entire week. This is undoubtedly the best UPS branch in KC. If a UPS manager happens to read this review, Bob definitely deserves a raise; he's exceptional!
