The lady assisted us is very nice and efficient. Those review saying "Asian Lady" was just RACIST -- shame on you. Act like decent person if you wanted to be treated as one.

Bad experience. The Asian lady Charged me $1.07 for just using 20cm tape and had a rude attitude. I would never come here again.

Very kind woman went back and found my package for me and let me retape it before it got shipped since I was worried it was under taped. Very helpful and kind !
