I had an appointment scheduled for a notary appointment made the week before. When I showed up at my appointment, I was told they wouldn’t be in for at least 2 more hours. I understand it is a busy time of year and things come up, but an email about rescheduling or cancellation or an apology from the person working would have been greatly appreciated before driving from out of town.

This store use to be great but somewhere along the line it changed ownership. The new employees are friendly or welcoming, and very unorganized. I recently shipped legal documents to my son in Mexico. The first gentleman who helped me had no clue how to send international packages so he had someone else help me. I handed my phone to the gentleman multiple times so he could put in the address (off the Google Maps that I had opened), my son's full name, and his phone number. He said i had two options, 1 was $255 and would get there that Thursday and the other was $242 and would get there that Friday. I thought that was expensive but went ahead and shipped it with guaranteed delivery for that Friday. I noticed the address was a bit different than what Google Maps showed so I brought it up and was assured it was entered correctly just the computer prints it that way but it wouldn't be an issue. After walking out of the store, I decided to go back in and take a picture of the label. The box had been put on the floor away from other packages while the label sat on the counter still. I took my picture and had a lady attach the label before leaving. I called UPS after I left to see why it was so expensive and was told that the UPS store is not apart of UPS itself and if I had shipped through UPS directly for the same delivery it would have cost $119 but there were cheaper options. The following Tuesday my package still hadn't arrived so I called UPS again, found out the driver couldn't find the address even on Google maps the way it was entered and the phone number was put in wrong! I got everything fixed and asked when they could get it re delivered. I was informed it would be easier to have my son coordinate that directly with the Mexico branch as he lives in a town that is not on the normal delivery schedule. He was told that would look into it and call him with a date, but that he could always pick it up himself if he needed it fast. The package was already a week late, so he went and picked it up 3hrs away from his town! I called UPS to inquire about the guaranteed delivery refund. They said I was eligible but since I shipped thru a UPS Store, I would have to do the claim thru them. I went in and they seemed hesitant about helping me file the claim. I left with the understanding that the manger submitted my claim and would call me once it was processed. It has been a week and I still haven't heard anything!

I have been with the UPS store on Fleur Drive since 1999, using both their mailbox and shipping services. Ankush, the new owner, is the nicest and most helpful owner there has ever been at this location. When I stop in to pick up my mail the employees are always very friendly and responsive. They converse with customers and seem to truly enjoy what they do even when it is very busy. And shipping is a breeze! They make it easy to get my business done so I can quickly go about my day. I didn't realize until I got to the UPS store that I needed to have my return package for Amazon. I purchased packaging material there and the gentleman who helped me with my purchase took care of packing it for me. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile for me!

DO NOT! I REPEAT..DO NOT SEND PACKAGES FROM THE UPS STORE #1983 on Fleur Dr. They are thieves and will steal your packages and create new labels to put into the tracking system without the package actually being sent! When I contacted the stored to inquire about the 2nd label that was created and when the package actually left the store. The person who answered did not respond just sat the phone down on the counter and after a minute hung up.
