The UPS Store

Never had an issue with amazon returns until coming to this place. They were trying to charge me nickle and dime everywhere they could on this free amazon return. I brought the original box in with the package and they were saying that I had to buy bubble wrap and/or another box from them. After leaving the store and finding an amazon box like they asked for they told me that they were going to charge me for taping the box closed... If you want a seamless customer experience on amazon returns I would drive down to the golden ups and go to them instead. I also work at amazon so this is disappointing...

Great customer service my wife had a horrible experience at the conifer ups. So she left and went to the evergreen ups and was more than happy with the store, the employees and the total experience. I you have a choice to go to the ups in conifer or evergreen I'd choose the evergreen store all day long.

Great service from wonderful people at this UPS store. I've never had anything but a quick, efficient, and positive experience here. Highly recommend and a big thumbs up!

So I understand that Amazon packages have become a nuisance for all usps, ups, FedEx ect, but I absolutely hate when I am told that no box is needed when I put in for a return, choose drop off at ups store, and show up only to be told my box needs to be sealed and virtually turned away...

Do not use this store. They messed up shipping my package to Florida and instead shipped it to me in Evergreen. They ruined my Christmas and didn't try to correct their mistake. I had to pay a second time to to get it to Florida.
