Nice quaint down town square with a variety of shops and restaurants. The Square has a confederate statue and just off the square is the location of the last meeting of Confederate President Jefferson Davis was held. I few shops are vacant. The welcome center is here and is very useful. Pick up a tourist map and enjoy a walk around the town and discover the historic sites. Parking is adequate.
