I called the business multiple days, multiple times a day to check on the status of an order and no one ever answered the phone. When I finally had to go the store to inquire about the order and mentioned Calling multiple times with no answer the person behind the desk just rolled her eyes at me and gave me no response or apology. I canceled the order and called Carroll's boot country and they answered on the first call, had what I needed in stock and were very nice and professional.

I have plantar fasciitis and it has been so bad lately that I haven’t been able to walk for more than an hour at a time. I went to the Shoebox and the staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable about my condition, helped me find a shoe that would help, and I was able to go to a 3 day music festival and walk the entire time the day I bought the shoes!!! Thank you!!
