The Maids in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs

I was a last minute customer and I worked with Jeff who squeezed me into their schedule. A team of 3 showed up and did an amazing job. We are really pleased with their work and that they were so accommodating because we were really in a crunch. A+

I had Lili and her team clean my house after moving out. I was completely satisfied with what they did! Every single room, closet, cabinet, under cabinets, were cleaned. Even the garage and the refrigerator in the garage looked great! Jeff coordinated all of it so I knew exactly when they were coming and also was able to tell him everything that I wanted done. I would use them again, no question.

We have had many different cleaning services in the past, but The Maids has proven to be the best. The thoroughness of their cleaning and attention to detail have been astounding. Very pleased with the quality of service and the social skills of the staff. They have been very nice! Management and staff have shared helpful hints with us to make our house more consistently easier to clean and maintain (e.g., their informing us that bath bar soap leaves soap scum that’s a challenge to remove, but using liquid body wash solves the soap scum problem — since beginning liquid body wash, no problems with soap scum!). Well done, The Maids management and staff! Oh, and they love our dog, too! (And he loves them!)

The Maids are AMAZING!! They came to clean my late mother-in-laws house and a contractor left a "present" in one of the bathrooms. The owner personally went and bought a plunger to solve the problem. THANK YOU The Maids!!

Jeff, Jolena and team were very thorough. They worked around pets and grandchildren. They took their time cleaning, were very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends... my house hasn't looked this clean in quite a while!
