The Maids in Folsom

I am very pleased and satisfied with the outstanding and thorough move-out cleaning of my small rented bedroom and bathroom by Cristina (Leader) and Maria of the Yellow Team. They dusted and cleaned the blinds, vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the light fixtures, light switches, and baseboards, and cleaned and sanitized the bathtub, toilet, and sink. Dominique scheduled the appointment, and her communication throughout the process could not have been better. Everything looks and smells fresh and clean, ready for the next tenant. I had the pleasure of meeting the "Yellow Team" last week for a post-construction clean of my living/family rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I'm here to say these people don't mess around! I've never seen a crew show up with more tools, towels, and other supplies and they started working the second the walked through the front door. They tackled the dust in at least two passes -- first with a vacuum to get the big stuff and then with a rag/brush to make sure it was all gone. And that includes both surfaces AND walls, ceilings, etc. I also appreciated a post-clean walkthrough where they asked me to check everything and also pointed out some of the things I might not have noticed. I'd used The Maids for a previous construction cleanup and also for routine cleaning and they've always done a great job! Plus, you can pay with Zelle which makes things easier as well.

The Maids are always kind and caring with my floors, kids' rooms (despite the mess) and my aging cat that hides under my bed. Our family has had The Maids clean our home bi-monthy for the past 18 months. Try them out! They comunicate and really care!

Fast scheduling. Needed a thorough cleaning to be done to my condo since I moved out. I just did not want to tackle all that cleaning myself. The yellow team cleaned from the baseboards up. The bathrooms were cleaned as was the kitchen. No more dust bunnies or webs hanging around and I can put the condo on the market.

This was our first experience with The Maids. From the start everyone was very friendly. We got estimates for a first clean as well as for regular service. Everything looks great after their first time out. Very happy.
