The Maids in Albany and Salem

Monica, Julieta and Blanca did an incredible job. They were prompt and efficient. I told them before they left that I nearly cried when I saw our home as clean as the first time we moved in. They truly were kind and did an immaculate job. They even cleaned spaces I, sadly, hadn't had the time to notice were dirty. They also completely got rid of the build-up on our shower that has been there for years!!! It's like a weight has been lifted to have such a clean and inviting home now. I'm so happy I went with The Maids. I will be utilizing them again and have told my friends and family about them already!

The crew from The Maids always do an outstanding job. I have had other cleaning services but the Maids do a much better job! This morning I had crew #5. Merry Christmas to all who have been here!

Albany Team #6 (Yaneth, Zoyla, and Brenda) did a deep clean on our entire home. They were very thorough and did an amazing job! My home is sparkling and looks fantastic! We are very happy and would highly recommend them.

Team #1 just finished cleaning our house and it was great! The process from start to finish was upfront, and the results were fantastic. We will definitely be setting up regular cleaning from now on. 😃

Very disappointed. Initially all looked good, but as I took a closer look after the ladies departed, I found that most of the baseboards had not been cleaned, even after specifically asking that they be cleaned. I took a new, never used microfiber cloth, and (re-)cleaned areas that should have been cleaned. Pics show both sides of the cloth I used. I was given a range of $396-$594, and since my house is neat, just very dusty (I live on a homestead, and across from farm land), I assumed I would be at the lower end of that range. I was charged $578 for 3 ladies, that took only 2 1/2 hrs (that included their lunch) to clean 2 bd, 1 small bathroom, kitchen, and common areas, approximately 1500 sq ft. Definitely over-paid, and 3 stars is generous.
