Great Home Depot location right off of US-85. Friendly staff, organized, and easy to find what you need! Went here to get some stuff we needed and it was easy to find! Staff was friendly and helpful too. Overall, great Home Depot. Will be back!

Poor Customer Service! I bought my Dad a Christmas gift and purchased a product protection plan. He had to return the gift and they were willing to put the money back on my credit card (which I asked them not to as it was a gift). I was told they would offer him a gift card or a in store credit, they did not~ they put the money back on my credit card LESS the amount I paid for the product protection plan! They said they could not refund me in full as the protection plan had not processed?? WHAT!!?? This went on for at least 20 minutes. To resolve, I had to call the store manager the next day and DEMAND I am refunded the full amount I paid! Lesson learned! I will no longer shop at Home Depot~ giving my business to LOWES~

I had a great experience at this Home Depot this week. I had a package delivered and unfortunately someone stole part of it. I was able to talk to Kathy on the phone and get help from Mercedes in person. They were so helpful in fixing the issue. Thank you so much!!

At this Home Depot yesterday, noticed several illegals swarming the parking lot. In the store maybe 20 minutes, come back out to my truck window smashed and about $7k worth of tools taken from it. Store staff, security and “management” not only indifferent to the situation, but also completely uncooperative with the law enforcement “representative” that 911 dispatch sent out. “Management” and staff aren’t even slightly concerned about all the afore mentioned illegals swarming the parking lot, bothering every contractor that is entering and/or leaving the store-but almost in denial that they’re even there. Definitely don’t recommend this location-will go to the Lowe’s 2 miles up the road. They seem to have their parking lot under control.

Security guy followed me around right when I walked in..when I confronted him as to why he says cuz I'm wearing a backpack and if I don't want to be followed leave my bag up front..what so my stuff can be stolen? Honestly made me feel very negative that he expected me to steal or whatever but I guess that's how it is these days
