This place felt just like one in America. We were able to find what we needed quickly, and the staff was super helpful. If you have any home depot type needs while in La Paz, definitely try out this store. You'll be impressed with all they have to offer.

Well stocked and well laid out - honestly one of the better ones I have been to in either Mexico or the US

Although it can be difficult to FIND an available employee... Once found, I'm always happy with their customer service and product quality (as displayed). Regular prices can be high for La Paz, but most of their sales are worth the visit

Overall good experiance alot of variety of products however, when asked for helped for a client of mine regarding tile she wanted to see how one tile looked next to the other and it was in another ailehe didnt even go for it i had to pick up the box of tile to take it to the other aile which was very inconvenient, but i did it because he was my client. Dont remember the name but that was very awfull service on his behalf. Besides that everybody else was very nice.

I believe it's a cultural thing when it comes to big name stores like this in mexico. Workers are just unhappy and provide mediocre customer service. But I get it, the wages in mexico are so bad they can't o don't care to uphold any service standard
