I wouldn't recommend to shop here unless you really really need to. Me and my friend went to home depot in rosarito mx didn't have the product they had it tijuana and said yes, we ask will it be the same price yes but nooooo everything in Tijuana is price a little higher and the Mgr that day didn't want to price match from the other store knowing we had photos and had a little to a medium of attitude we had to explain over and over . Why is 1 different then the other.
Disappointed! I would see many employees together in many areas talking with each other and having fun. But not one have a decency or professionality to ask me if I needed something or was looking for something in particular! To them it was about having fun at work and not working or helping a customer that needed something. Eventually after looking and looking I found what I needed, I got it myself and paid for it. But no help at all regardless of so many employees there.
I recommend people to try and look up on the website for availability, and if you go to the store and they tell you they don't have it, make sure that you speak with someone that knows what they're talking about. Today I went to the store and checked for availability for an item, and when I got there the customer service person told me that they didn't have that item even after me showing from my phone that the item was on their store. I looked for another person form the same department and they had the item. This is the second time this happens. I like the place, but in-store support need more training in my opinion.
Today I went to buy a refrigerator, and they had about 50 people in line. I asked the ignorant guy that was directing people in line if i could go before the people in line. I told him i was there to buy a refrigerator and it was a big purchase.
I was treated as if i was being selfish and unconsidered which i think is unnecessary. I decided to leave and call and asked for the manager. And i was insulted. I said mam is my feedback and i think I am doing them a favor. I don't think everyone in the line was going to buy a large item and also there is paperwork to schedule the delivery. I honestly feel that they are uneducated because it makes the people behind me wait for many hours plus a big purchase is something better because it takes at least 10 people to buy 50 dollars. They didn't offer to follow up with a phone to accommodate the puchase.
I went to Sam Club same price same brand and good customer service.
Is my feedback and sometimes it hurts but no one is perfect so I promise never to buy at this Home depot you lost me

Same as all the other home depots. Everything except what you need. Snotty clerks, long lines at the registers and terrible parking
