Their prices are higher than most places and their delivery system takes up to five days to fulfill, the service and attention provided by the associates is usually pretty good tho', I would recommend only if you know nothing about construction. Also, it is always good visit the store physically to get some ideas as they do display floors, doors, finishings and others.
I like it! They’re is a lot to choose from but I will say that I wish they sold more products like the USA. They’re is a lot they are missing and I feel we don’t get the same quality either. But what they do have is ok and the helpers are pretty helpful so all in all they’re ok
I bought all my appliances at the Rosarito store. Horrible service. They will ignore you at the counter forever until you get rude and ask them if you can get some service only to be told “oh do you need service.” They will walk circles around you to help everyone even though you’ re the one who pushed the button and waiting by the button. Very dismissive. Probably because I’m not Mexican. Most of them speak English and I speak fluent Spanish. No communication gap here.
Rarely has what would find in H D in Chula Vista or Imperial Beach. Examples: 1) chemical to remove silicone 2) small quantities of concrete screws ( 15 pieces or less ) 3) full assortment of washers for showers, the list goes on. Tijuana Home Depot is one or two notches above.
I have actually gone in with sample of what I need and am told that I need to go to a hardware store.
