The Home Depot Ensenada

I purchased a Dewalt tool and it quit working 32 days later and the store refuses to honor their 90 day return policy or the Dewalt 1 year warranty.

One person in whole store knows English. He's very busy translating. Lol

LONG WAIT STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WON'T ALLOW MORE THAN ONE PERSON PER FAMILY. SOMETIMES YOU NEED THE INPUT OF YOUR CONTRACTOR OR FAMILY OR FRIEND IN A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 🧑‍🏭 😷👍

Our car got broken into during the middle of the day at the home depot parking lot. Window shattered and things that were not visible were stolen. We let the Home Depot management know about it and they told us that this in not untypical. The lack of response and the fact that the break-in happened during a busy day indicate a lack of security presence. The mall across the street has security people all over the place. I think Home Depot can do a better job. For now on, we will shop at stores with better security.

I have shopped a lot at home Depot Ensenada sometimes I get lucky and find what I need to many times I do not. The store does not maintain inventory or selection very well at all. It's not like going to the US. Most of the time when you find what you want on display there is no inventory of the product. Also, inventory is not maintained in the correct locations.
