The personal didn't know what they were doing none of them and the security guy was too rude , I asked him a question and responded very aggressive need new management and people that know what they are there for just like in U,S,A,

I did find one very nice employee to help us .This was our second visit overall we are very disappointed with the staff they are very impatient and not helpful. We see them standing and talking with each other but offer no help .We asked for help twice no real help given only very short replies to our questions .One man did finally help us after 20 mins and he was very kind and helpful as I do not speak good Spanish.
