Always a challenge shopping at this Home Depot location. Very unorganized, inventory online says one thing finding in the store is another matter - This store seems to have an inventory problem. Lots of wasted time for your customer! Parts bins, such as those in plumbing and electrical are so mixed up with different parts, you can never find what you are looking for. There are some really excellent staff, but they are few and in-demand. Always hard to find a staff person to help find a part or answer a question. There seems to be a lot of vendor staff though, but they are not there to help customers. The paint department is very good however! Checking out is okay. The ladies staffing the registers are efficient and helpful. There is usually enough cashiers open to avoid a really long line. Go early in the morning, the place is empty. I shop here because it is convenient, although I am starting to go the the Huimilpan store more and more.

Horrible! They delayed the pickup of my order one week and without a single recourse. Can't ask for a refund and can't even get anyone to talk to me on phone.

I really should have known better than to shop here as it is always a horrible experience. The store is badly laid out, the staff are disengaged and nowhere to be found to assist. Much better to smaller the smaller local stores where you'll always be met with a smile and helpful attitude.

Found what I was looking for but took me a lot of time because of messy aisles and staff was just limited to give you just hints of where to find what you asked. Weren't they used to guide you all the way down to the products you need? Well, maybe was just a bad day... but more than enough for me to avoid visiting this store again. Oh, actually the only kind person I found today was the cashier (Vianey G) - that's the name on my ticket. Good attitude!. Wonder how she keeps it up among such bad vibes from the rest of the staff.
