WORST SERVICE. Do not buy from them . you buy from online saying fast easy then buying in person then when you go to pick up they have to wait 24-48 hours. Manager and employee are rude! Email confirmation says one date and the date to pick up is 24 -48 hours later. Shame for this so called US Company .

Worst Home Depot I've been to. I bought a water-heater for 4000 pesos with their promise of free installation. Waited almost an hour while they tried to figure out when they could do the install. I had to spend almost another 1000 pesos on parts they said were necessary. Six days later, they still haven't showed up or called about the installation. I got sick of waiting to take a shower and hired someone else to do it. He told me they gave me the wrong installation kit, and did it, with parts for $1000.

I had the best experience ever at this Home Depot, and when I say ever I mean EVER, I went to buy a washing machine and I knew exactly what I wanted so I called ahead of time to make sure they had it, and I talked to one of the managers his name is Juan Alvarez he was awesome, I told him that they were in a part of the city that I didn't really didn't know, and that I would be taking an uber, and he said that they didn't do this for everyone, but that he would have the stores driver give me a ride home, seriously I felt like I was queen for a day. Now that I know how to get there I feel confident that I can get there by myself. Everyone I dealt with was awesome, in customer service Lupita was so nice, and very helpful.

Great service and prices

It's like toy store for me, I can spend hours and you can find everything to improve your home. Since I meet this company in Canada, they continue with the same quality here in Zapopan, Mexico.
