Not like any other home depot and I've been to many. Hard to find help and when someone is willing to help they are very nice but don't have the knowledge. I was missing one piece for my plumbing job.

The worse experience people don't help, you can't use store credits, you can't use more then 250 dollars, store supervisor socorro Gonzalez the only good thing that do its call the store manager Erick Ortiz who also don't solve the problem. Very good service, the young lady that assisted me with a warehouse purchase was very capable and got me thru the system in record time.

Nov 22 2018 just got push to the side by there security guard for caring a man bag and had my bag search in front of everyone so feel so humiliated.I walked in the home depot with my i pad bag and wen I was leving the store there security guard push me to the side because he wanted to check my bag I asked him why? did I do something rong? he said no I just want to check ur bag then I ask for a home depot manager some one claim thy were the manager and I ask him what was the problem I see women in the store with thair personal bags and thy are not getting search then he said u should have left ur bag to the cashier like a man would? What does that mean I felt very disrespected and upset infront of every one.i would hate to see this happening to someone else so unprofessional .thy called the mexican police and had me empty my bag like some kind of criminal:( just not right know I feel humiliated every time I go there cuz there is only one home depot in mexicali .
