I just love talking to her and catching up on life. She really makes your day brighter! Highly recommend!

I booked special event hair without wash. My stylist (Elise) was running behind so the appointment started a few mins late. I have curly/ frizzy hair which I noted when booking the appointment. I showed the stylist photos of straight hair French braided as inspo and she attempted to start braiding my hair without straightening or blow drying. I asked that she do one of those so it actually would look neat and like the photos I showed her. She was extremely awkward, told me she didn’t know if she had time and then proceeded to take a fine comb from root to end in an attempt to brush out sections of my hair. I could hear my hair breaking and then snapping again when she ran a straightener over the section flaring the hair out — if you know anything ab curly hair, you know she’s breaking cardinal rules treating it that way. I told her I’d be happy to pay extra for her her to dry blow out my hair or whatever - she again gave no alternatives and told me that didn’t work because of time. (So why did I pay the extra money for event hair if I get the same time slot as a blowout?) I told her I could hear my hair breaking and that it’d be easier if she started at the bottom when combing still in awe that she was using a comb at all. “I know,” is how she responded. She didn’t apologize. She proceeded to straighten and style my hair without asking for input. She finished and told me she was done in total spending less than 60 minutes on my hair. Biggest regret is not walking out at the first sign of trouble.

The best blow out! Went to my daughter for a facial right after and she said MOM YOUR HAIR LOOKS AMAZING! Very relaxing!
