The Blow Dry Bar

Writing this review with some compassion because I totally understand things happen out of our control sometimes, and the stylists were very sweet. However, I think it’s a good moment for a lesson to the staff/owner. I drove in from Orlando today for a wedding and arrived at my appointment on time. The stylists (and the current customer) apologized and let me know they were running behind because the customer had arrived late. I even said I would be happy to go with another stylist but apparently, the other stylist was also busy. Since I drove in straight to my appointment, my husband and 5 month old baby were in the car. As you can imagine, it was not feasible to leave my baby in the car for an extra half hour — at least — to wait for the stylist to be done. So, I had to leave without getting my blow out. I am very disappointed. In the beauty industry, it is common practice to adjust a clients service if they arrive late… not penalize the next appointment. I appreciate how nice they were about it, but doesn’t change the fact that I was unable to get my hair done… despite making my appointment weeks ago.

I first came across The Blow Dry Bar on google a few months ago. As a hairstylist myself, I love supporting other stylists and pampering myself to blow outs! I absolutely love it here and how well trained each staff member is especially Dorys. As a stylist you can imagine I am picky with my hair but Dorys nails it every time! I am a regular weekly client now 😊 and don’t miss the amazing $35 weekday blow out deals!

I have always done the keratine so i know how it looks and how it supposed to stay This place by far the best one i've been 5 stars to the place and to Mari who treated me like her friend . HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY Customers! Went in for haircuts for four ladies along with blow-dry for my daughter, best friend, her daughter and keratin treatment for myself, ALL CAME OUT AMAZING. Doris and Monica are awesome hairstylists, I recommend them 100%. Owners were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will be coming back to the Blow Dry Bar Miami every time I need hair treatments, blow dry, cuts, hairstyles, and makeup services. The delicious champagne is also worth a mention! Their specials are by far the best in industry, take advantage of incredible prices Monday through Wednesday. We all walked out feeling like superstars!!! i’ve been going to this salon with the sand tech for 8 months now weekly & she’s no longer there and received a terrible blowout & asked for the owner to call me and she never did. Major disappointment and miss my technician doris. On to a new blow dry bar!!
