My Model 3 needed a bumper repair after we curbed it pretty badly on an abnormally tall curb. The entire team at this center was super responsive and super helpful. The repair was done quickly even though we had an issue with our insurance on our end. Got the car back and it was clean! They even helped with another small issue we'd been having with the car at the last minute for basically no cost to us. Wildly different experience than what I've had with the Naperville service center. Elk Grove was infinitely more helpful and the quality of the work was top notch.

They did a fantastic job fixing my car. Car was done in 3 days from dropoff to finish. They even washed the outside and cleaned the interior. Recommend to anyone who has a tesla.
