Team Adaptive Medical

I was having a really difficult time assisting my mother with her daily bathing routine so I contacted Team Adaptive in hopes they could help me. I called in and a very sweet girl named Kim helped me out. She was very patient with me and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. With her help I was able to purchase my mother a bath lift.This thing has made our lives a million times easier. Dealing with my mother getting older has taken a toll on me but I am glad that I found Team adaptive to accommodate her needs and to make things easier on me. They will have our future business and I cant thank them enough.

We purchased a lift chair for my sis in law. The staff was very knowledgeable of their products. The prices were reasonable and competitive with other companies. I am a very satisfied customer! They will get more of my business and I will refer people to Team Adaptive

Very slow and getting your parts . They tell you 3 to 5 days it's still no parts and will call back. If you have a choice find some one to help you. All the rebuttals on my poster faster than the company is . But they had no problem taking my money Today is 5 days no phone call no After I get my scooter back. I will find a new company to work with. After 2 weeks they completed what they told me they were gonna do. What you would think they would charge the batteries And clean the scooter up a little bit. The part listed For $ 384 .00 A charge me $ 556.00 . This Is how they care take care of their elderly hopefully I will never have to go backTo them I will try to find another company that will take care Of the senior citizens.

Had a Harmar AL100 Scooter lift installed. Great customer service skills. Very honest, reliable, and timely. Informed me every step of the way. Overall a great company with top of the line products. This company will get all my business in the future. Great JOB !!

Came from out of state with 1 flat tire on my manual wheelchair and they wouldn't put it on for free. They charge $95 for an hour, which this tire took 5 minutes in the parking lot with the wrong tool. Buy the tires and tube from here and go to a bike shop where they've always installed them for me for FREE.
