Target

My store is the one on Highway 280 in Birmingham, AL. The newly remodeled store looks great and has a more upscale feel than a big box store. The sales associates are extremely helpful. It is great to use the Target app and Red Card for purchases. Target has a very customer friendly return and price matching policy. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.

I love target but today when shopping with my friend and service dog, we came across a pet labeled as an emotional support dog. The dog was reactive and barking at my service dog. When I spoke to an employee, we were told they are not allowed to ask people with pets to leave despite ADA law and health code violations. Employees are not properly trained for situations like this. I see this happening in targets everyday. Many service dog handlers have stopped going to target as this has continued ti be a problem for many years. Target, do better.

Renovation is tough for employees as well as customers. Target employees were upbeat and welcoming. The areas of the store where renovation is complete look wonderful. I love how easy it was to find price information for each item on the shelves. This is going to be a beautiful store. Thanks Target!

This store used to look great and friendly. Now the store has very unfriendly workers and the store is never recovered. Cloths all over the floor or tossed over displays. While workers are nearby doing nothing but grouping together to badmouth customers. This store needs some actual management. And trash on the isles that if you come back a couple days later is in the same exact spot. Yeah. This store needs direction

Outdated products on shelf. Customer service, Morgan, was SUPER RUDE! Money was returned but they were very inconsiderate!
