Target

Target pick up is the best. Sometimes my employee is at my door before my car is even in park. My order is always correct. I love using the app. It can be a little tricky to use in the store.

A few days ago, I went shopping at this location which is a little out of my way. Initially I didn't find some of the things I was looking for. When I got to the cash register, I asked the cashier about the things I didn't locate. I was hesitant at first because some cashiers act as if you are a problem if you ask them questions while you are checking out. This cashier put a big smile on her face and told me "Don't worry, I got you". She then looked up the items and told me which items the store didn't have and where to find the items that the store did have. She put the rest of my items aside and waited for me to return. It is very nice to see that some people still have great customer service! I just want management to know that this cashier whose name I believe was Lea is a great asset to the store.

I really love Target, especially this location. They have recycling available (walk inside, go right : it's before you get to the pharmacy) There is a Starbucks, and customer service right inside the main entrance. The store is clean and neatly organized. The CVS pharmacy is located inside, the employees are very kind. Lots of practical storage totes in stock.

I made a return and instead of money going back to my credit card they recharged me!! If I could give a negative review I would… I disputed it with the card company so instead of loosing 100 dollars returning something I’m only loosing 50… for returning something

I love my Target in Bossier City, La. I always grab a Starbucks, and shop for random things when I pick my prescriptions up. Store is clean and the associates are always pleasant.
