They have nobody standing at the self checkout so there isn’t anyway to get customer service. When you do speak to any employee they are quite rude, and they don’t help with any issues. The security also seemed to bother a university age boy leaving the store when the guy ahead caused the theft scanner to beep. But it is NYC, you don’t have alternatives so not 1 star.

I got hung up on 3 times by Guest Services while explaining my situation to the representative. The 3rd time he answered he stated "Hello, Who's this? " then hung up again (like answering his own phone). After that Guest Service line would NOT answer the phone.

Great prices, big and clean store, but the stock hasn't been enough and many products are missing from shelves.

It was nice and easy. I just needed a laundry bag for a camp, and they did indeed have them in stock as the website told me. Overall good location and nice assortment of items.
