Truly the worst experience and service scam, they sell you claims that they can help you with your immigration procedures and then the reality is different. They put you off, they never call you when they say they will call you to inform you how everything is progressing and in the end you have to go after them, chasing them. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they serve you from the door and act crazy once you pay and take out what they need and forget about it. (I already knew from other buffets that it was a complex procedure and they already told me that they couldn't help me in other places and I come to this one and they tell me yes when they can't and they act crazy, little organization and empathy with cases like this one. health)
