THREE BROTHERS GARAGE DOORS

I'm very pleased with this company. Had a spring break on the garage door, called Wednesday late afternoon and they worked me in and was here as planned at 8am. Mauro was fast, courteous and polite and replaced the springs and fixed the safety sensor the correct way. The lady I talked to on the phone was also polite and courteous. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Best company I have worked with in a long time! Thanks!

I have used the former Coates Garage door for 15+ years. I was anxious about the ownership change to 3 bros., but decided to give then a try. After a couple of follow up phone calls without resolution, I was finally able to get a repair scheduled. Ameila stated she would call for payment when tech was onsite. When Amelia called for payment, she stated there would be an addtl' 3.5% to pay by card, & did not provide any other payment option other than meeting onsite to pay. Payment policy should be covered prior to sending techs out, & as a small business owner it is poor practice to pass along processing fees to customers. Excellent. One of the best businesses I've ever dealt with. I had a stuck garage door, one of two 38 year old doors. I called at 7:15 AM and Mauro was out at 10 AM. The secretary called and let me know when he would arrive. He replaced 8 worn out pullies in both doors and got everything back in alignment after 38 years of use. Both doors now operate like new. What took him a half hour would have taken me a couple of days. And the best part was the pricing. VERY reasonable. Mauro, a very pleasant young man, even liked our big scary looking dogs.

Three Brothers did an amazing job installing my new door. They were a pleasure to work with from Amelia in the office to Joseph doing the install. I love it and it gives my home much better curb appeal! Thank You!

They were able to squeeze us in for a broken door spring quick and easy also did a yearly check up on everything and at a way better price the a few other places I had contacted definitely recommend calling these guys for your garage needs
