Wonderful. The store is beautiful with modern design and spectacular pieces. The attendant LUCAS was very friendly, he served us with great courtesy, he spoke about the history of the store. CONGRATULATIONS

when we want to buy the service is great, but when it comes to an exchange or complaint the salespeople don't even look at your face, yesterday even when questioning why my bracelet had released 19 crystals the salesperson didn't even answer me, she just looked and asked me sign the paper that you would not give me a guarantee since the 3 months had passed. I understand that you have a deadline, but 19 crystals???? and not even an apology.....seriously..I won't buy anymore
