My roommate and I stopped by the mall to kill time before a concert and found this gem by accident. Staff was super nice and informative and all around great. The animals were wonderful to meet and it was a well maintained space, even with the amount of animals. Super clean, pricing was absolutely fair, and we will definitely come back next time we’re in the area.
Wonderful place to bring your children and a date for an interactive experience with wildlife in a contained environment. They have a free cup of food for the animals and bigger sized cups for feeding the animals for a more up close interaction.
You can buy a spot to sit with a couple of the animals for a cuddle time. Kangaroos, for example. Wonderful place to visit!
Very nice place. Who would have thought that you could hold a baby kangaroo (Joey) in Minnesota?? That is awesome. That is off the bucket list for sure!! I feel the price is worth what they offer. My kids enjoyed the experience and will never forget it!
Got the happy cappy experiences, and generally enjoyed the visit. Each staff member was so kind and knowledgeable, I loved talking to the woman at the front desk the most. We had some very fun time petting the guinea pigs, capybaras, and kangaroo specifically- but enjoyed the goats, emu, and chickens as well. The team seems to be invested in the health of these animals and we got to learn about some ideas that may be implemented in the future as well (rooting for kangaroo live streams!!). I enjoyed my visit here!
Was a little skeptical after finding out it was in a mall, but was very surprised to see how amazing their enclosures are. Most zoos have animals in less than ideal cages so they are more visible, but the habitats were very large and naturalistic for even the smallest animals. We did the basic walk through and added on the Capybara experience. They also give you a small feed cup for each person and additional food for experience, we upgraded one cup and it was more than enough for all the animals. Even though you can add on experiences, you get to interact with basically all the animals with the basic walk through. We waited all summer to meet the capybaras, we will be back!
