This Guadalajara Super Pharmacy is the one closest to our house, so we use its services frequently. This branch is spacious and kept reasonably clean and organized. The parking seems sufficient to me, since we have gone at a variety of times and we have always found a place. They have good prices on almost all products and services. The treatment of the employees is good, especially in the morning. Where we have had certain situations is on the night shift since as they close the doors, the service is extremely slow, taking more than 30 minutes to fill a simple prescription or food. They have also supplied us incorrectly at this time. Another point of opportunity is that the garbage can is always overflowing and is located right next to the entrance, making it unhygienic and making the street unsightly.

Parking is a severe problem, as is the attitude of the employees. But they have very good prices and they handle a large quantity and variety of items, making it a good purchasing option.

The pharmacy is wide and with a wide variety of products. Currently, due to the pandemic, it is good to ask for the schedules or read the signs they put up since they close at certain hours and only sell medicines. During normal hours they always close at 12 and only attend the window due to security issues, in the end we cannot complain about that if we know that Mexico is unsafe. This specific branch has very friendly and attentive employees, it's not what it was a couple of years ago, they've improved a lot. Every weekend they have very good offers and every fortnight there are also offers, the prices on various products are even cheaper than in the big stores. They have a very large parking area so there will never be a problem of not finding a place. They have their own brand of medicines, so many are quite cheap, they also have their own brands of groceries and although they are cheap, they still need to improve, but they are still good in several aspects.
