Stretch Zone

Stretch zone is Amazing, I have sciatica, they do stretches on me that I couldn’t possibly do myself that has made my life a lot better. Everyone there is personable and very helpful. I totally recommend them to keep you stretched out.

They lock you in for 3 months for hundreds of dollars whether you are getting anything out of it or not. The staff is nice but it's not as they advertise, you're not just laying there. it's like going to the eye doctor when you're guessing what number you see. Complained to the manager and was told 'o well' basically. Dont waste your time and money. Actual PT would be better if you're looking for relief

Had a very good experience! Israel did a great job explaining what the stretching entailed. Even though this was my first visit, I felt so much better when I left. Can't wait to see what continued visits do for me!

If you have back pain or stiffness in your legs or shoulders. Then you want to go in for at least the free visit. I tried yoga and massages and a chiropractor and none of it helped me this helped me a lot. It is not cheap but it is worth it.
