Stretch Zone

Stretch Zone is a game changer. As a DDS, a string player and regular weight class attender stretching is key. Dustin is the best. Every week I get my legs, arms and neck worked on- highly recommend!!

Session at the Stretch Zone in Eden Prairie with Brock Johnson this morning! Love the company, their philosophy, and the skill level of all the practitioners. Brock is so knowledgeable about human anatomy; always customer service oriented; not shy about pushing you to places you didn’t think you could go; and demonstrates expertise in his work. Tight glutes, hamstrings, and calves have been frustrating but I’m experiencing incredible improvement. Highly recommend!!!

Great intro session with Carter. The center is very clean and well spaced out. Practitioners were professional, very knowledgeable, patient, and gracious. I was a little worried because my lower back is a bit out right now but Carter was perfect in his style and I actually feel better after the session. Flexibility and stretching are my nemesis so this investment will be extremely worthwhile. I highly recommend them.
