Stretch Zone South Miami

My best 30 minutes during the week! I’ve been a client for over two years. The stretch routine is amazing. I go in sore and get out refreshed. Always keep stretching at home! Becky does an amazing job and so are all other practitioners!!! LOVE

All of the staff here are awesome and amazing. They have helped me so much. I started coming to be healed with problems I was having with my hip and to get ready for hip surgery. Becky and the staff were very helpful and understanding and made it so I was more than ready for my surgery. After the surgery I continued to come to them as part of my recovery and physical therapy am still working with them to this day. Happy to say that I am at 100% thanks to you guys. Thank you so much for being so supportive, wonderful, and caring.

I have been coming here for about 18 months now. Staff is wonderful and the stretches are really helpful if you are constantly still and struggle with your dexterity. I have had several team members stretch me and they are all pretty consistent and knowledgeable. Becky the manager really cares about the business and looks after her clients and staff.

I was doing physical therapy to recover from a knee injury and didn’t recover as therapist expected so I decided to do something different and came in for a stretch. Best decision ever!!!! Just with the first session I felt 70% improvement on the pain on my knee, something that I never felt with PT. I just got out of my second session and I am so glad that I gave stretch zone a chance to help me recover and feel good again. Ask for Birgitta, she is a ray of sunshine and so good and knowledgeable.
