I don't do many reviews, but here was my experience. I currently have lower back pain and need help with stretching. I called Sterling and he came out same day to help. This is intense stretching, not the relax and let me push your leg. He has techniques I have never seen before, felt crazy loose afterwards. There are other places, but confident Stretch Fit will get your job done. Highly recommend him to someone that understands what it takes to get the results you want. If you want a relaxing experience, go get a massage. Need a stretched the heck out, give Sterling a try, the feeling after you will love. Nice work!

I was having horrible hip pain after i would do my long runs about 2.5 years ago. The day of and for a few days after i was limping around. I heard about StretchFit and thought maybe I should try it out. Sterling took the time to talk to me about the pain I was having and he was very professional and caring. After a few sessions with him my pain went away and my runs were fun again! I would recommend this to anyone who is having any pain with their workouts! I would also recommend it as a preventative measure to protect against injury. Incredibly professional and personal service. I still stretch even though I’m no longer having issues and I would highly recommend Sterling to my friends and family! Seriously just do it! It’s amazing!

Been working with Sterling for over 2 years and I’d HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Game changer for me personally as an athlete and Coach and let’s face it - body getting older. Young, old, athlete, current injury - previous injury, whatever the case, Sterling can do amazing things to help your body!

Life changing!! I suffered from back and knee pain, and Sterling fixed me right up!! I’m an athlete, so any time I have aches/pains he’s my first call! Professional environment, great customer service and highly recommend to ANYONE!! I’ve seen him do amazing things for so many different people!

I wish I could give zero stars. I had my first and only session with Stretch Fit LLC. Sterling had me walk around after the session and I did feel good at that time. So, I signed up and paid for a series of stretches based on how I felt immediately after the session. What I didn't know, and Sterling didn't tell me, is that I might have a reaction later. I started feeling bad that night, but thought maybe I was just tired, so I went to bed early. The next day, I couldn't get out of bed. I ended up sick in bed for 4 days. I had to cancel appointments and couldn't take good care of my elderly parent. I had a splitting headache and nausea. I contacted Sterling and told him I couldn't continue with the sessions. There is no way I can take a chance of this happening again. He seemed to understand when I told him this at that time. Sterling told me he would give me a full refund. He asked me to come by and pick it up which I did. But, he gave me a partial refund and said he wasn't sure what I wanted to do. I asked him if I should come back for the rest of the refund, later. He told me I had signed a contract and that he would not be refunding the rest. I've been talking with him about this ever since but he refuses to refund me even though he knows there is no way I can take a chance to continue sessions with a reaction like the one I experienced. Common sense tells you that it would be ridiculous to continue. His attitude has also gotten increasingly worse even though I have done my best to keep our discussions civil. As far as I'm concerned, anyone that acts like this, doesn't need to be in such close contact with people in his stretch sessions. How do you trust someone with your body who you can't trust to tell you the truth? Or, to understand why you can't continue with his work? I have done my best to write this review and present the truth so people can assess for themselves if they want to do business with Sterling. I take it very seriously what I've posted here because it can affect his business and for that, I'm not happy. I would much rather he had returned the money so I wouldn't be put in the position of affecting his career to this extent. Now, I will have to take him to court. I won't get any money out of it but neither will he. And, because of the principle of it, I will have to do this because it's not right. Sometimes you just have to take a stand for what is right. Edit: I posted this a few hours ago. At that time, there was only 1 other review for this business. Now, a few hours later, here are 4 new reviews. Buyer beware. Maybe some people do great with Sterling and so he has asked them to post here. But, if there is any chance that you won't do well with Sterling, then remember what I've posted. I'll keep you updated. He has also removed my comment from his facebook page. FYI!
