Wow, this salesman (Tracy) is truly like a “shoe whisperer”. I left with three (!) beautiful and perfect fitting pairs of shoes. Knowledgeable and patient, great selection of brands, terrific suggestions for shoes and brands that would work for my feet (and he was right!) Great place!

I really dislike shopping. I especially dislike shopping in crowds. But my clogs (2 pairs) have holes in them and it was bag day so my mom and my sister made me come shopping with them. The man helping me on Saturday (maybe the owner?) was SO knowledgeable, kind, helpful AND patient! I really appreciated his time and his expertise. I have been searching for winter boots for years and I also was able to buy a pair of those with his help! Thank you!

If you’re looking for a quality, fashionable, comfortable shoe - this is the place. You get what you pay for. I especially appreciate the European sizing. The staff is professional, kind, and the store is neat and organized. A must if you’re visiting Northampton from abroad.
