If this 5 star review, and the many others you see here, are not enough to convince you this place is awesome - nothing will! We started at the Brownsburg location looking for dress shoes for my son going to prom. He found a shoe he liked but they didn't have his size (12) so they said they would check the downtown location. They did have it downtown so off we went. We were nicely greeted and were told someone would be right with us. We indicated a call from Brownsburg was made and they immediately knew what we were there for. Unfortunately, the shoe was not a good fit for him (narrow feet). For the next hour, the store manager - Stephanie - made herself my son's personal shoe specialist. She was amazing. She was insightful and extremely knowledgeable. She gave suggestions. Most of all, she was patient. My son is quiet and can do the typical teenage - "uh, I don't know" answer to any question and she managed him beautifully! ❤️ I can't thank this place enough! If you need shoes for business, prom, running, hiking, casual, or anything - this should be your first stop!

The customer service at this place is amazing. They're fast, attentive, and listen to exactly what your needs are. I came here for the first time several weeks ago to buy boots, then again today for another pair of boots and running shoes. The manager, Aaron, recognized me immediately and remembered what kind of shoes I'd been looking for last time and was able to grab the same style for me today. Additionally, they've got a good selection of shoes in the 5-6 range and in wides, neither of which is common at other stores.

I stopped in to buy a pair of work shoes for my service industry position. I spend sometimes 12+ hours a day on my feet. I had the pleasure of meeting Kara on this visit. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about any and everything I had in mind to ask plus all the extra information she enlightened me with, but she was also very kind, patient, and I felt went above and beyond any expectations I had prior to visiting. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the past decade. I have been wearing my new shoes (Hokas) for a couple weeks now and I am extremely satisfied with them. I have bragged about this experience to many family and friends since visiting. I will surely be back in the future. Kara won me over as a customer for as long as I reside in the Midwest.

Love this place! The best staff who actually provides service such as helping with sizes. They know the shoes. They carry good shoes that are with the price.

I came in on a mission to get some quality walking shoes for my active feet. Kevin & Aaron were great. They were very knowledgeable & friendly. The end of summer sale was fantastic! Happy to support a local business. I will be back!
