Steve and his team are the most honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable people I’ve ever worked with. He helped us every step of the way during a yearlong out of state move. He way supportive from start to finish. I have relied on him even after our move was completed. We consider him a lifelong friend. We highly recommend him.

I am a real estate broker in Arizona and there are very few, other brokerages, that I would consider referring or working with. Steve Padilla, with RE/Max professionals, is included in the top 3. My brokerage is based on property management, not sales, so when I have a client with a need for a sales agent I think of Steve and his team. His level of knowledge in the field is as high as the bar can be set and he prides himself on being honest and straight to the point. Steve loves what he does and he loves to help people with the sale or purchase of a new home.

We have been going through the process of putting our house on the market. Our house was listed as coming soon and we put the key in our box so that pictures could be taken. Steven Padilla walked in our house with a client unannounced before our house was officially on the market. Luckily we were home since we have a large dog and cat. He lied to us saying that he had an appointment to see the house, but honestly, we are accommodating and were going to allow them to tour the house. His client wasn’t interested in being out in San tan valley but apparently he insisted they try, so she didn’t make it past the front entrance before deciding she didn’t want to see anymore. I totally understand, we went through several houses before we found our perfect house so I was totally fine that she didn’t want to see it. But when our realtor reached out to him to let him know that next time he needs an appointment and to not just enter he became very rude and then began to say that our house was a complete wreck and began to belittle us and our house with false lies when they didn’t even tour it. Buying and selling a home is very stressful and as a client you need to be able to trust your realtor and Steven Padilla definitely isn’t trustworthy.

Steve helped us with the sale and a purchase of our home - all within very tight deadline. He was fantastic and managed the entire process to make sure nothing was missed from financing to inspection periods, title, etc. Every "i" was dotted, and both transactions went perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with such a true real estate professional.

We started working with Steve back in summer of 2015 when he got us into our rental then again when he helped us purchase this same rental 2 years later! An awesome trusted source for my husband and I - it is never about the $$$ to him rather the relationship and simply helping people achieve their goals and for that we are truly thankful!!
