They are very kind and considerate with my mother. They have been coming in more due to my mother's health has declined. I appreciate how well they take care of my mother.

In response to the owner: I hope you do alot more research than you apparently have done because I do know what is required for home health and you clearly do not. They are not hospice and palliative care as advertised on Indeed. They do not have full time hours to offer. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing. There are no care plans, no medical history or medication lists. The nurse basically walks in blind to the patient's home with no knowledge of medical history or medications. As soon as a nurse referral is received by them, the doctor should be contacted for medical history and medication list. None of this has been done for previous patients either unless the current nurse asks for the information after the office staff admits a patient. The nurse does not perform the initial visit to see if a patient is safe for home health nurse services, which is absurd. I believe they send the office staff for the initial visit because they want to admit everyone for services, whether the patient is safe at home or not. There is absolutely no paperwork left in the patient's home with their rights/responsibility as the patient, no updated medication list, no information on who to contact if they have a concern. I believe this is why they go through so many nurses or have not had any nurse at times.

i’ll give it a two because i did enjoy the amazing clients and getting to know everyone. i miss them dearly. but i left because i was treated like dirt. i was always having to cover shifts which i often did and felt very bad when i didn’t. if i had issues or i was sick, they’d tell me to go and wear a mask. i send a positive covid test over and they still tried to get me to work. those poor clients would tell me how no one would be there for them. they were the ones that needed it the most, too. the pay was dog water and there was little to no gas compensation. was also convinced by the director to work extra hours on christmas with promised extra pay. never got that. i didn’t feel valued as a person so i left. i don’t really recommend it to people looking for a job or people looking to have their loved ones taken care of.

We're so glad we switched companies to them. Before Stay Graceful, we had too many different people to count with another company, and they came in and it was just two ladies for the months now. Highly recommend!

We were assured multiple times that caregivers would be provided and weren't after our loved one returned from a lengthy hospital stay. Then when their employees were no call/no show multiple times over, they wouldn't even respond to the patient or family. We had to fire them over a text!
