Justin and Hunter helped my husband tremendously through finding the right parts we needed to convert our oven to propane. After spending hours searching at multiple different hardware stores in Mt.Sterling, Justin and Hunter were able to help him figure it out and leave with the right parts in minutes. My husband works in construction and has been to countless hardware stores, he said this was the best experience he’s ever had at one! They also have the best prices on refilling propane tanks.

I really love this store. It is one of my favorites. Great customer service when I need it. The owner is especially really great. The cashiers also offer great customer service and willing to answer any type of question I might have and if not, will refer me to someone that can help. A great hardware store that is much needed in a small town.

Great place. Always helpful and friendly, open late, and offer much hardware and tools, ACE rewards and plants shrubs and trees and all the other stuff you need. ( sometimes a big pallet of apples at the door 😁) Staff is small town friendly and conveniently located with plenty of parking.

Went after hamster beddin' and food. The shelves were almost bare where it hadn't' been restocked. The worst part is that the prices are outrageous here. The food here was $2.00 more than the Ace Hardware in Pikeville. The employees were very nice and courteous. This place, however, has an awesome selection of whatever you may need, if only the prices weren't so high.

Went in looking for a part for my lawn mower and stood 15 min waiting for help. Then the person who help me said he would look in the back. He got to the door and turn around said he did not have one. I find that very disrespectful to say your going check and they never did. Only helpful person in the store was the young lady who checked us out. I think it came down to help me or his buddy that was behind me.
