I didn't appreciate the lie they told us! They have a sign that the costumers car can be used as a down then they told us that they couldn't take our car because they didn't think it would sell.

Alan, from the service dept. at Toyota Solana Hermosillo was very kind, compassionate and helpful by finding a translator for me. Though not sure why I had to pay for parts up from for them to order? May not have the space to house.

Very friendly and helpful. Helped me to find a pet friendly hotel while my car was being fixed. The even drove me to the hotel.
