Was surprised that the Mercedes service had no idea how to reset my service indicator on my dashboard. They offered to try again on another day. I inquired if the master / supervisor had taken a look they said yes he didn’t know how to reset it either. Well that says enough. If they can’t or don’t know their own dealership brand reset for a simple indicator light maybe they don’t know enough about the cars they are supposed to be expert in servicing to be entrusted with making major repairs. I decided not to return, I was not comfortable with their knowledge about Mercedes even though they are supposedly to be the preferred service for that model of cars. Maybe they do better with Kia, Hyundai or Mitsubishi.

Not a good experience at all. We had an appointment set but the car wasn’t ready until 5 hours later. Oh and guess what… It was just for an oil change. I understand things happen but don’t overbook if you can’t commit to the time your customers put to the side for your services. It’s sad to see this place going down the path it’s going.

Consistently the worst experience I have ever had. Cliff has a very bad customer experience and the "supposed" manager Adam is very condescending. They have issues with people that look different from them. Consistently, I have had very bad experiences with Cliff and they need a MORE Qualified manager, someone with at the least a Bachelor's degree but preferably an MBA, but most certainly not Adam. After consitenly giving Adam the go ahead over the phone, he and I kept on going back and forth over the phone that I MUST MENTION $150 dollars in my statement. It felt like I was going back and forth with a teenager. I told him multiple times, go ahead and push the car and and just give me a time to be there, and he refused and kept saying I MUST SAY $150 in my statement. I had to hang up the phone because of how petty the back and forth had being and I decided to write it in an email, so that it helps my documentation. Below are pictures. (Mind you, this is after Cliff had already given me a scheduled for 10am which Adam was aware of). Again, Cliff on the other hand did not reply my email or call or text for over 20 days (Despite me carefully spacing the calls and being extremely polite). Cliff all of a sudden reached out to me and wanted to impose a $45/day charge on my car for sitting in their lot. I told him he could not do that. All these I have emails bit cannot overwhelm all with them. He was supposed to talk to the manager and get back to me. After the long delay, it was then I decided to reach out to Adam (even worse), with the hope that he could bring in some conscience and address the 20 days delay, only for Adam to go around in circle and try to spin it on me, thinking I am someone without a brain. Not even an apology or remorse or professionalism, most especially since I reached out to him in good faith. After all this, I ended up having my car towed away without having what I needed done. Note: This is NOT the first time they have rendered a very rude service to me, most especially Cliff. (Keep reading please). Sometimes, I greet him (Cliff), and I always include Sir (due to my military training background), AND HE CLEARLY ignores me as if I were not there. 3 different occasion this has happened, and he was right in front of me. There was a time I had to come pick up something from the trunk of my Mercedes due to how long it had being there (late november last year "2019" to be quite precise). I happened to be downtown, so I shot him a quick email, noting I will make a quick stop to pick up something from my car. When I got there, I politely told Cliff, "I apologize for the short notice" (which I really did not need to), and he simply IGNORED ME and walked up to get my Mercedes key and started walking to my car, I had to follow him. It was the UTMOST SLAP on my face. All other emails I have, but only loaded just about three so as not to overwhelm the reader. I know aware of many other people of color that have experienced this. NOTE: Pay attention to the details of the 1-3 star ratings and the names or ethnicity.

The new location is not convenient at all for all residents of sought west area of Sofia. It is 30 kilometres away from my place. I need to loose one day to come for a tiny fixing of my car. You should definitely open service station covering the west part of Sofia. If I had known the location of the repair shop when I bought my car, I certainly wouldn't have bought it.

As someone who works in the industry and works with Silver Star alot, I really enjoy the model, the staff, and their parts department especially. These guys are fairly professional and easy to work with.
