Shoe Palace

Tiana really made our experience at this store amazing! She called another location for us 3 times to check for sizes and was so helpful. She went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough! We bought two pairs of shoes thanks to her recommendations as well. Great selection of shoes at great prices.

The clerk seemed like he didn't want to sell shoes, and his attitude was very bad. I waited for 20 minutes for a pair of shoes, and they brought the wrong size. After waiting for another 10 minutes, they told us that there was no size, which was an exaggeration!!!!!!!!!

The store itself has a wide variety of shoes, clothes etc which is great!! But the staff are useless, and quite rude. This goes for all 3 different Shoe Palaces’ that me and my family went into. We’ll not be going back into store

Staff is always helpful, store is always clean and usually always find what I'm looking for.

Employee “Genesis” working the cash register had 4” nails and a “who gives a rip attitude” with 30 people in line spent 5 min to open a roll of quarters. We spent 25 min in line to pay for 5 pairs of tennis shoes. With 3 people in front of us. This employee has totally handicapped herself. But shoe palace is a great representation of the lack of customer service that is plaguing our culture. I brought 5 grandkids in to buy shoes and I asked if I could get their feet measured and the salesperson laughed and said we don’t do that! He said that’s a dated thing.. I ended up dropping $700 and totally and completely regret it. Whoever is training these salespeople should be ashamed of themselves…I think you could bring homeless people off the street and do better.
