I don’t mind paying full service if the service is indeed provided, however I had to pump the gas myself and still paid full service price. I was informed about the extra charge and I agreed, but the attendant never approached my car so the full service they offered wasn’t fulfilled, I was charged extra just because, which makes me conclude it’s a robbery.
Very expensive and unprofessional staff. They have a so-call full-service where gas is one dollar more than what the other pump charges. I had to go inside and asked for an explanation, they told me to read the sign, but I had already read it on the big sign from the street. This place should not be used to pump gas. The city should fine them for robbing from people.
It’s the only gas station on Author Godfrey RD(41street) mid Miami Beach. It has a small convenience store. Air/vacuum on site for a charge. The pump hoses are long enough to reach both sides of your car!! The prices for self service about .25 cents higher then most other places. But half the station is full service. That price is about $1.50 higher or more. It’s hard to realize you’re in the full service lane until it’s too late.

Despite what Shell has said about investigating this station, the station continues to charge a higher price than they list. unethical.

Gas is Expensive! But those are the times I guess. Nothing they can do about it. 💸
