I want to be clear that this review does not reflect every time I go to this Shell station. I have been going to this Shell station for decades, no joke. I get all my stickers here and always get great service there. HOWEVER, there is literally ONE employee that knows how the Stop & Shop loyalty card works. I thank him every time I see him because I'm glad he's there. Today, unfortunately, he was not. As you'll see on my receipt, I was owed $1.85. I was not given this money and when I questioned it, I was told the money goes back on my card and they don't give cash back. So I was cheated today and unfortunately this is not the first time. Very disappointed! Follow up: The owner just approached me personally to apologize for the misunderstanding and even refunded double my money. I really appreciate the customer dedication. Thank you 😊

Great gas station to get all your vehicle maintenance and inspection stickers done. Peter is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He gives you a sense of knowing you will get the service done right the 1st time. Been going there for years and have never had a problem. Did all my own mechanics in my younger years and believe me, I don't trust too many garages in this city but I do trust Brockton Shell and Peter and crew.

For over 15 years, I have been going to this station for auto mechanic service and inspections. While I work in the Brockton area, I live over 60 miles away. Still, I drive to Brockton Shell because of their excellent service. Of special note, is Peter. He has always treated me with the utmost respect. He has also treated me honestly and never overcharged me. Instead, he would do his best to find the most cost effective way to do the job. Congratulations on such a caliber of employees.
