I met Sheila and her amazing crew, in 2012, she was Moms realtor when she sold her home. In 2018 my Dad passed away so I called her to see if she could give a courtesy estimate of his home. Which she did for us without hesitation. We had renters for 6 years then decided to sell. I called her to set up an appointment to see the house and get a current appraisal, she met with me the next day. I had a lot of work to do to get it ready for sale. Sheila guided me through what I needed to do to get ready for listing without hesitation. Her amazing crew had it staged and ready for pictures in one day. We listed on a Friday, had 3 offers, 2 more offers on Saturday and accepted an offer that night. We sold the property as is, cash preferably or conventional. We closed 16 days later. Sheila and her office staff walked me through the closing, answering all my questions to my satisfaction. I couldn't be any happier and satisfied working with Sheila and crew.
