They said I didn't pay the bill! even though they automatically debit me every month! it's just arrogance. I spoke to their manager! he was rude to me! where did you get these workers??? I hate you! I despise your company!
After being stranded on a road in Italy for 6 hours due to a puncture without being able to get out of the vehicle with an 8-year-old child, international assistance advises us to find our lives, if it were up to them we would still be stranded on that road. Zero assistance! And now on the phone they tell us that they have many clients. Well, hire more staff or do not accept more clients if you cannot give them assistance. I AM PAYING BUT I DON'T RECEIVE ANYTHING IN EXCHANGE, SCAMMERS!!
More than 6 months to solve a problem in the bathroom. They installed a new shower tray for us, because they broke ours, in November. On June 2 I reported that it had broken. I'm still waiting for someone to give me a solution. Customer service is inefficient. They just take note and say that someone will contact you in 24-48.
