Sears

Sears in Galerías Monterrey is a great place to shop for anything you can imagine for the home. This location was very clean, and stocked full of all kinds of products. The staff was helpful, but not overwhelming. I was looking for home appliances. They answered all my questions, but they did not pressure me. They gave me space to make my decision. Prices during buen fin were fantastic deals! During Covid times they are requiring masks, taking temperatures, and they have hand sanitizer everywhere throughout the store.

It has a wide selection of departments: from furniture and a "geek area" on the ground floor to home electronics and a perfume area on the first floor, plus even a small wine area on the second floor. Funny tip: don't stare too long at the perfume section. They will try to sell by any means necessary (credit to their salespeople).

Customer service department is too slow...the way how they call the turns of every customer is not populated and causes the customers to complain... besides they have only 2 reps available within 6 desks..

It's incredible. In Mexico still is working Sears. I'm missed it in Canada. Kudos!

Is a good store, I got surprised because found many brands and different styles about women clothes, perfum, jewelry, purses, but the place is kind of old fanshion, I mean, they should renovate the whole store in order to make it more attractive visually. This would be useful because Liverpool is next to it.
